Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate accurate and professional customer service on time.
  • Maintain a professional attitude and represent the company positively.
  • Demonstrate proper knowledge and use of the department's resources, policies, and procedures.
  • Maintain acceptable interaction times by call and email, while remaining friendly and informative.
  • Maintain productivity and quality standards.
  • Actively seek solutions and identify trends for the right staff, including possible solutions or suggestions.
  • Demonstrate the appropriate sense of urgency for customer responses.
  • Retain customers and apply sales by offering them greater benefits and plans to continue in the company

Qualifications:

  • High school graduate (present diploma or certificate).
  • Level of English: 90% or higher (Advanced).
  • Competencies: Communication skills, customer orientation (empathy), problem-solving and attention to detail
