I Latam Request Management Analyst
What We’re Looking for ⬇️
Requirements:
- Professional degree in Systems Engineering, Telecommunications, or Electronics.
- Technicians or Technologists from IT areas or similar.
- Academic requirements can be approved by experience.
- 1 year+ of experience in help desk and positions related to IT areas.
- It is highly desirable to have at least 1 year of experience in the BPO industry.
- Demonstrable skills in office tools.
- Fluent in writing, speaking, and reading in English B2 (Required).
Responsibilities:
- Complete responsibility tasks assigned to Request Management.
- Coordinate any technical and administrative work that contributes to resolving minor
requirements or incidents. - Follow up on end-to-end cases and manage the solution of these, even in other areas.
- Management of internal customer escalations.
- Create and manage training materials, documentation, and processes for IT Services.
- Control, maintain, and execute reports on the different metrics.
- Identify opportunities to improve the efficiency and development of teams and individuals.
- Perform the administrative tasks necessary to maintain the correct operation of the equipment
and other related and assigned tasks according to the requirements of the director or head of
Help Desk.
